This Law regulates the conditions and manner of services of the information society, regulation relating to contracts in electronic form, responsibility of service providers of the information society and commercial messages in electronic form. The Law on Consumer Protection stipulates that the deadline for the vendor’s response to the consumer for a lodged complaint is eight days and the deadline for resolving complaints adopted by the vendor can not be longer than 15 days, or 30 days for technical goods and furniture, from the date of filing of the complaint .
